Raphael Labro: Billy, during the last few years, some other Extraterrestrial VIPs like: Bashar, Ashtar Commands are channelling a lot of Light Workers, what do you think of it?

Billy Meier: The Pleiadians told us about this "Ashtar Command", which entitles himself as a certain commander Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn, Commander-in-Chief by profession, Earth Project Transition, Pleiades Sector Flight Command, Intergalactic Federation Fleet Ashtar Command: Earth Representative to the Cosmic Council on Earth Transition. I was told this is absolutely not true. Our friends don't have any contact with Americans or any other human being except me.This and some more information I received while contact no. 233 on December 1, 1989 with Ptaah.

Raphael: OK, but on the 23rd September 1996, the Earth will approach her necessary resonance to shift into the 4th dimension. As you may have heard from Ashtar Command and the allied Commands of Light, the next landings will take place simultaneously in every country of the world with an armada of 15,000,000 spaceships. What do you advise and how are you preparing for when the event takes place?

Billy: Yes, we received some fax about this lies. First of all, I can tell you that there will be no such landing.

Additionally, name as "Gyeorgos Ceres Hatonn" are unknown to our people in the Pleiades/Plejarens and the allied of the Federation. There's no existence of such ones.

Further, let me tell you the truth about Ashtar Sheran and what happened to him and his people. Ashtar Sheran never had contacts with human beings on Earth. He tried once, being on Earth to uphill himself as a "God", blinded by the eagerness for power. He was returned to the Pleiarian's system, banned to another system and heard lessons and teachings to get back the clear spirit they originally have.

Back to Earth, as a second attempt, he couldn't stand the temptation to start again the struggle for power. Again, he was sent back to the Pleiarian system.

The High Council of the Galactic Confederation decided to ban him. But Ashtar Sheran fled to the twin universe, the DAL Universe. In this universe Asket's people lives.- As you know, Asket was also one of my teachers and is the friend of Semjase. - Ashtar Sheran tried to involve himself in their affairs. Asket's people had no choice to withhold him than fighting against his ship. The ship was shot, Ashtar Sheran, the crew and the ship were destroyed. Ashtar Sheran lost his material existence and as the spiritual form of a being cannot leave the DAL Universe back to our DERN Universe, he cannot have contact with anyone in the DERN Universe. This event happened in 1983.

This information and the fact that the above mentioned personality is unknown to our friends shows that the fear for September 23, 1996 is without any reason.

Raphael: These weeks, a new American movie is released: "Independence Day", which reflects quiet a few of the events pre-said in the Ashtar Command's information. What is your opinion?

Billy: This is pretty obvious, it is only a huge PR-gag to get more public interest and hitherto more profit. For us, it fits with the American ideas and tools. Lots of writers came here, got information about our friends and their sayings and prophecies. Later they faked them and earned lots of money with the more sensational messages.
