Labro Techno-poet / Cosmic-Rimbaud of the Visual Arts
In the 90's, pioneer Labro had combined his futuristic fantasy "DIGITAL EXPRESSIONISM", and pushed the digital revolution to a new limit. A marriage between technology and art, a coupling of the spark of imagination and the power of innovation. Digital Expressionism is communication in it's purest form, the link between artistic heritage and an on-line vision of tomorrow. 1989: In Tokyo, Agfa Gevaert approached him to test and develop the new technology in digital photography on design for the first scanner "Vision 35" and discovered the newest photographic digital technology which opened his computerised creative frontiers. (Special thanks to Walter Stork President Agfa Gevaert Japan) 1991: Official Kenzo photographer for three years. Produced and co-writed the "Keops Album" from Astral Satellite Orchestra, with Alain Grotzinger in Paris. Agfa Gevaert Japan and Hong Kong became official sponsor in Japan for his art.  1992: Exhibition: "OZONE # 9", and exhibition: "UMINA", in Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. Popeye Advertising Award, the Gold prize in Advertising Photography in Japan, for Hakkuhodo Japan with Sanyo advertising world wide campaign.
1993: Creative producer and designer for the exhibition: "VISIONS ACROSS THE UNIVERSE", Parco Exposure Gallery in Tokyo. With the help from Hans Lodders (President Agfa Gevaert Asia), Labro the Pioneer of the Digital Photography started to create in the digital world of photography, from his little Lamma island, HK in the South China Sea. 1996: Art Director on creative campaigns for IDV and Pernod Ricard, including accounts: Pernod, Bombay Sapphire, Cuervo Gold, J&B, JET, Smirnoff Red, Balleys and Wild Turkey. Humanitary World report about High Security jails in India, Hungary, South Africa, Namibia, England and Holland for Young Magazine Japan. Interviewed Billy Meier for the sake of the real Creation. 2010: Curator and artist of Digital Expressionism Festival in Gozo (in concept for July 2010)
